The elegance of this valance begins with the simplicity of the flat scalloped sections, enhanced by only one shallow pleat to give it softness. The valance comes with two pattern pieces for a mix and match choice. Each section ( as is) can adjust to widths of 22" to 28", and hang 16" deep (not including any trim).
